Declaration against Cross-Region and Unauthorized Sales

This is a declaration from ComNav Technology Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ComNav”) as manufacturer referring to the cross-region and unauthorized sales:

There are a few trading companies based in China that sell our products worldwide through Alibaba and other channels, such as our T-series and N-series GNSS receivers (especially N3). These products are unauthorized and may not originate from ComNav, which could have a risk of malfunctioning in the future. ComNav cannot guarantee the quality and performance. ComNav also reserves the right to provide after-sales services for products purchased from unauthorized agents, non-national agents, or directly from China mainland.

You can find the Blacklist of these companies in Annex 1, and the Serial Number of these products in Annex 2.

Established in 2012, ComNav has authorized partners all over the world in more than 120 countries. For the products bought in legal way from local authorized agents, customers could benefit from after-sale services promised by ComNav and authorized agents, including firmware/software updating, maintenance and other additional services. Therefore, we highly recommend your procurement from the local authorized agent.

Annex 1:

ComNav has never authorized the overseas sales of any our products to following companies:

2. Shangrao Haodi Imp&Exp Trading Co., Ltd, 

3. Jiangxi Wonder Survey Co., Ltd.

Annex 2:

The following N3 GNSS receivers of Chinese version will not get any official after-sales service from 13th March. 2024:

We will keep an eye on this market phenomena, and continue to update these 2 annexes.
